Contingency Cost: Fees are commensurate with the resource(s) required to deliver results on time and in line with your specific needs. Fees are invoiced on the date the candidate accepts employment. Fees are due and payable once the candidate commences employment with client and are based on a percentage of the annual salary. RETAINED SEARCH Retained Cost: This type of service carries a retainer fee which is one fourth of the full placement fee which is based on a percentage of the annual salary. The retainer is due and payable at the commencement of the search. The retainer fee will secure undivided time, commitment and sense of urgency regarding the ideal candidate placement. The balance of the placement fee is due and payable once the candidate commences employment with client.
