and manager. Her experience in the staffing industry has resulted in
recruiting for all levels of personnel in the financial services, high-tech
and business services industries. She has provided strategic staffing
support to hiring managers, HR professionals and executive management. She
analyzes, develops, implements and evaluates the effectiveness of staffing
processes and addresses the business needs of her clients, while meeting
legal and corporate compliance requirements.
Patty has been working as a Consultant leading business development efforts and recruitment effort for APPS
for the past six years. Performing in a consultant roll ensuring
appropriate contract compliance and coordinating interactions with the
clients. She has completed graduate studies in Human Resource Management and
