Rondia has over 20 years experience in Human Resources, including 12 years
in senior management. She spent 13 years of active duty in the United States
Navy and has over nine years in the Naval reserves. Rondia understands
Department of Defense needs and requirements.
Rondia has provided consulting to several Chief Executive Officers in
strategic planning, human resources management, and recruitment services.
She has worked in private and public sector companies in the medical device,
healthcare, pharmaceutical, aviation, software development and other
high-tech industries.
Rondia has recruited employees at all levels, filling difficult positions in
an extremely competitive recruiting environment. She is recognized for her
expertise and experience in the areas of human resources management,
training, administration, organizational development and planning. As a
business partner, she has developed policies and procedures, employee
benefits, compensation plans, affirmative action compliance plans, equal
opportunity compliance and employee relations programs that supported the
strategic goals of the organization.
Rondia has formulated training and organizational development strategies
based on organizational goals and objectives and carried out the functions
supporting the implementation of these strategies. As a certified
instructor, she has accumulated over 21,360 instructor hours. She is a
certified curriculum developer and has reviewed, updated, and maintained ten
different training courses taught to over 10,000 students at eight
international locations.
Rondia is an active member and involved with several Human Resources
professional organizations throughout San Diego. She also served on the
National University Human Resources Advisory Board. Rondia earned her
bachelor's degree in business and her master's degree in human resources
management. She has owned and operated APPS for more than seven years.
