Contingency & Retained Staffing Services
Contingency Search Services are often viewed as a completely risk-free option based on no-hire, no-fee arrangements. Services rendered are on a contingency fee basis, due and payable if, and only if, you hire, contract, or engage the performance of a candidate who has been referred to you directly or indirectly, through our efforts. The fee is also due and payable should you or your affiliates hire, contract or engage such candidate for any position, project, or assignment within one year after our most recent communication, written or verbal, relating to that candidate.
Contingency Cost: Fees are commensurate with the resource(s) required to deliver results on time and in line with your specific needs. Fees are invoiced on the date the candidate accepts employment. Fees are due and payable once the candidate commences employment with client and are based on a percentage of the annual salary. A discounted rate is for exclusive agreements and/or multiple recruitment needs.
Retained Search Services represents a dedicated recruitment and placement effort. Clients can have their candidate searches conducted in an exclusive and preferential manner. The search process is a detailed and involved process to achieve a match between the client and the candidate. This process usually targets passive candidates, those who are not actively looking for new opportunities.
Retained Cost: This type of service carries a retainer fee which is one fourth of the full placement fee which is based on a percentage of the annual salary. The retainer is due and payable at the commencement of the search. The retainer fee will secure undivided time, commitment and sense of urgency regarding the ideal candidate placement. The balance of the placement fee is due and payable once the candidate commences employment with client.

If a placed candidate terminates or is terminated from his/her position for cause during the guarantee period we will provide replacement candidates for the position, at no additional fee.
